With regard to government departments' and agencies' use of in service flame-resistant (FR) garments produced using meta and para-aramid fibres that include fibres such as Nomex, Conex, Kermel, Kevlar and Modacrylic fibres: (a) what type of FR garments are being used by the respective departments, and what is their fibre content; (b) what is the quantity or volume of FR garments used for each respective garment type each year; (c) how many FR garments or non-FR garments, used by government agencies, have been treated with water repellency coatings like durable water repellent that contain perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS); and (d) where are used FR and non-FR PFAS-contaminated garments, including fire-fighting turnout gear, broken down by location across Canada, including the (i) location of the entity responsible for storage, (ii) total number of garments stored at the location?

With regard to the government's response to the document production order adopted by the House of Commons on June 10, 2024, calling for the production of all documents pertaining to Sustainable Development Technology Canada, broken down by department or agency: (a) what is the total number of (i) redactions made, (ii) pages turned over, (iii) pages that contain at least one redaction, (iv) words contained in the documents, (v) words redacted; and (b) how much has the government spent on toner or black ink related to printing the redacted documents?

With regard to homes constructed under the Housing Accelerator Fund, since the program's introduction in March 2023: what are the details of each finished home completed by the fund, including, for each, the (i) address, (ii) date construction began, (iii) date construction was completed, (iv) description of the home (3-bedroom house, studio apartment, etc.)?

With regard to the Department of Fisheries and Oceans' 2024 review of the commercial elver fishery and the department's consultation to distribute the benefits of the fishery to commercial participants under the Maritime Provinces Fishery Regulations through a proposed pilot program: (a) how many individual submissions were received as part of this consultation, in total and broken down by those that (i) supported, (ii) opposed, the proposal; and (b) what are the details of each submission received, including the (i) date, (ii) name of the individual or organization that made the submission, (iii) position or summary, (iv) location, including the province or territory?

With regard to the announcement made by the Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry on June 6, 2024, that effective immediately Sustainable Development Technology Canada funding would resume under reinforced contribution agreements with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED): for each agreement, what (i) is the name of the company with which it was signed, (ii) is the name of the project that is receiving funding, (iii) is the projected environmental benefit that is expected from the project, (iv) is the projected emission reduction that is expected from the project, (v) is the total cost of the project, (vi) is the total amount of funding announced, (vii) is the total amount of funding distributed thus far, (viii) is the total amount of funding received for the project from other granting agencies managed by ISED, (ix) are the criteria considered to be eligible for a project?

With regard to firefighter garments held, or purchased, by the government: (a) how many firefighter garments purchased by the government since 2015 contain per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) or finishes; (b) what are the details of each purchase in (a), including the (i) year of the purchase, (ii) company name of the supplier, (iii) company name of the producer, (iv) location of the producer, (v) total number of garments purchased, (vi) total cost of the purchased garments; (c) how many firefighter garments that contain PFAS or finishes have been disposed of by the government at any point since 2018; and (d) for each disposal in (c), what was the (i) total number of garments disposed of, (ii) method of disposal, (iii) entity or vendor that disposed of the garments, (iv) date of the disposal, (v) location of the entity responsible for the disposal?

With regard to on-the-water and dockside enforcement patrols carried out by Fisheries and Oceans Canada enforcement officers in lobster fishing areas 34 and 35 from July 1, 2024, to September 20, 2024: what are the details of each patrol, including the (i) date it occurred, (ii) number of enforcement officers present, (iii) duration, (iv) lobster fishing areas covered, (v) number of tickets with fines issued, (vi) number of arrests, (vii) number of individuals detained, (viii) number of lobster traps confiscated?

With regard to board of directors' meetings at the Canada Infrastructure Bank in which a declaration, conflict, potential perception of conflict, abstention or recusal was noted in the meeting minutes from December 1, 2022, to April 30, 2024: what are the details of each instance noted in the meeting minutes, broken down by director, including (i) the decision in question, (ii) the amount of funding tied to the decision, (iii) the name of the entity receiving funding related to the decision, (iv) the name of the board member for whom a declaration, conflict, potential perception of conflict, abstention or recusal was noted, (v) the reason for which the declaration, conflict, potential perception of conflict, abstention or recusal was divulged by the board member, (vi) whether the board member held a private interest in the decision?

With regard to digital marketing firms contracted by the government to conduct digital marketing since 2016: what are the details of all contracts, including the (i) name of the firm contracted, (ii) commission provided to the marketing firm as part of the contract, (iii) total sum provided for marketing purposes, (iv) total amount used for marketing purposes, (v) marketing platforms used to communicate as part of the contract, (vi) policy initiative being communicated?

With regard to lethal and non-lethal military export control permits currently awaiting a governor-in-council decision: what are details of each item, including the (i) vendor, (ii) item description, (iii) dollar value of the export, (iv) date on which the control permit was referred to the governor-in-council for a decision, (v) country for which the item is destined?

With regard to tax owed to the government for unpaid excise tax on cannabis: (a) what is the current amount owed, in total and broken down by the province or territory of the entity owing tax; (b) how many separate taxpaying entities have unpaid excise tax on cannabis; and (c) what is the breakdown of (a) and (b) by the tax year from which the unpaid tax is owed?

With regard to human resource complaints submitted by employees of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada, since January 1, 2016, broken down by year: (a) what was the total number of complaints broken down by the (i) name of the agency or Crown corporation employing the complainant, (ii) reason for the complaint, (iii) type of resolution or follow-up action that occurred; and (b) what was the average time between a complaint being filed and the matter being settled or otherwise concluded?

With regard to private stakeholders consultations held by the Department of Industry, prior to June 1, 2022, that helped inform the drafting of the Artificial Intelligence and Data Act: what are the details of all such meetings, including, for each, the (i) date of occurrence, (ii) name of any meeting attendees, (iii) names of organizations or stakeholder groups in attendance, (iv) topic of discussion?

With regard to audits conducted by or on behalf of the Department of Industry of Crown corporations and government agencies, since January 1, 2016: what are the details of each audit, including the (i) date it first commenced, (ii) date it was completed, (iii) cost of the total audit, (iv) name of the agency or Crown corporation subject to the audit, (v) reason for the audit, (vi) findings?

With regard to the Minister of Innovation, Science, and Industry's trip to the United Kingdom to attend the Al Safety Summit 2023: (a) what are the details of the minister's itinerary on the trip; and (b) what are the details of all meetings or tours attended by the minister during the trip, including, for each, the (i) date, (ii) time, (iii) location, (iv) list of attendees, including the organization represented by each attendee, (v) agenda items, (vi) topics discussed and the decisions made?

With regard to the Minister of Innovation, Science, and Industry's trip to Japan in November 2022: (a) what was the minister's detailed itinerary on the trip; and (b) what are the details of all meetings or tours attended by the minister during the trip, including, for each, the (i) date, (ii) time, (iii) location, (iv) list of attendees, including the organization represented by each attendee, (v) agenda items, (vi) topics discussed and decisions made?

With regard to the Trans Mountain Expansion Project between Strathcona County, Alberta, and Burnaby, British Columbia, since 2019: (a) what are the details of all delays (construction, environmental, cultural, safety) related to the pipeline expansion, including, for each, the (i) reason, (ii) length, (iii) estimated cost as a result of the delay, (iv) date of the event or incident that caused the delay?

With regard to investment tax credits granted under the Scientific Research and Experimental Development Program between 2016 and 2023, in total and broken down by year: (a) how much has been distributed as part of the program; (b) how many applications were (i) received, (ii) granted; and (c) what is the breakdown for how much was distributed by (i) province or territory, (ii) type of research (basic, applied, experimental development, etc.)?

With regard to the April 21, 2023, news release by the Office of the Prime Minister on the Volkswagen battery plant in St Thomas, Ontario, (a) how was the estimated return on the investment calculated for the announced $200 billion generated by the battery plant; (b) what is the projected (i) final value on investment, (ii) initial value of investment, (iii) final cost of investment; and (c) how was each figure in (a) and (b) calculated, including the methodology and figures used for each calculation?

With regard to the government's funding assistance for the electric battery plant with Volkswagen Canada in St. Thomas, Ontario: what is the contracted construction schedule of the battery plant, including the anticipated day each stage of development will begin, until production commences?
