With regard to residential real estate asset managers contracted by the government through Crown corporations, departments, agencies, or any other body of the government, and broken down by contracting body: (a) which asset managers are currently using artificial intelligence (AI) powered property management software such as Yieldstar or Yardi; (b) for each asset manager in (a), what are the details, including the (i) name of the AI software being used, (ii) date on which use of the AI software commenced, (iii) start and end dates of the asset managers contracts with the government, (iv) value of the government’s contract with the asset manager?

With regard to the Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS), broken down by province and constituency since 2022: (a) how many Canadians experienced a reduction in their GIS as a result of increases in Canada Pension Plan (CPP) payments; (b) how many Canadians became ineligible for GIS as a result of increases in CPP payments; and (c) how many of the Canadians in (a) and (b) experienced an overall reduction in income?

With regard to the government's intention to launch consultations on the development of a national caregiving strategy announced in budget 2024: (a) what are the details of all consultations and meetings on this subject matter, including, for each, the (i) date and location, (ii) participants, (iii) subject matter discussed, (iv) outcome; (b) were any reports or briefs submitted to the federal government by the provincial or territorial governments, unions or industry groups, and, if so, what are the details of such documents; and (c) if no consultations have yet taken place, what is the government’s projected timeline for launching the consultations?

With regard to the Public Service Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments): what are the details of all residential real estate properties that are part of PSP Investments’ investment portfolio, including the (i) location, (ii) date on which the investment was made, (iii) value of the asset, (iv) names of any asset managers or co-owners of the property?

With regard to the 2 Billion Trees program and the municipalities of Port Moody, Coquitlam, Anmore and Belcarra: (a) how much funding has been delivered through each funding stream; and (b) what is the total number of trees planted through each funding stream?

With regard to tanker traffic and Burrard Inlet, British Columbia: (a) what work has been done to date on the creation, implementation and enforcement of safety measures in the event of a diluted-bitumen spill; (b) what are the details of all reports or plans in (a), including the (i) title, (ii) date of publication, (iii) author; and (c) in what ways was the work in (a) informed by recommendations made by the Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment?

With regard to all federal grants and loans given to Starlight Investments, since January 1, 2006: (a) how much federal funding has been provided, broken down by (i) province and territory, (ii) fiscal year, (iii) funding type; and (b) how many housing units have been built as a result of the funding, broken down by (i) purpose-built rental housing, (ii) cooperative housing, (iii) non-profit or community housing?

With regard to consultations undertaken by the government on the Canada Disability Benefit, held between November 15, 2023, and January 4, 2024: (a) what are the details of all such consultations, including the (i) date of the consultation, (ii) organizations that were consulted, (iii) recommendations that were made; (b) what are the details of all opportunities for public consultation, including (i) online engagement, (ii) in-person consultation; and (c) what are the details of all reports, discussion documents, or documents including recommendations for the Canada Disability Benefit, including the (i) title of the document, (ii) identifying number, (iii) date of the document, (iv) recommendations within the document?

With regard to all federal funding committed to the creation and maintenance of housing stock in the federal electoral district of Port Moody—Coquitlam, broken down by fiscal year since 2021-22: (a) what is the total amount committed, broken down by funding stream; (b) what was the total amount spent; (c) how much new housing stock was created; and (d) of the housing stock in (c), how much is (i) purpose-built rental housing, (ii) non-profit or community housing, (iii) cooperative housing, (iv) affordable housing for seniors?

With regard to the electoral district of Port Moody—Coquitlam, broken down by fiscal year since 2021-22: what are the details of all federal transit infrastructure investments, including direct transfers to municipalities, regional district associations or First Nations, national parks, etc.?

With regard to the Disability Tax Credit, from 2020 to present, broken down by province and territory: (a) what is the average income for persons who receive the Disability Tax Credit (i) before tax, (ii) after tax; (b) what is the median income for persons who receive the Disability Tax Credit (i) before tax, (ii) after tax?

With regard to the Disaster Financial Assistance Arrangements (DFAA) funding for British Columbia, from 2015 to 2023: (a) what is the total amount of funding committed, broken down by specific project; (b) what is the total amount of funding spent, broken down by specific project?

With regard to the Freshwater Action Plan: (a) what is the total amount of funding committed, broken down by each priority watershed identified in the plan; (b) what is the total amount of funding, broken down by each priority watershed identified in the plan; (c) what is the total amount of funding spent for freshwater protection in British Columbia?

With regard to the making of regulations for the Canada Disability Benefit: (a) what additional costs associated with living with a disability is the government taking into consideration when setting the amount of the benefit; (b) what are the average annual costs for persons with disabilities, both in dollars and as a percentage of disposable income, for (i) food, (ii) housing, (iii) medical expenses, (iv) assistive devices, (iv) transportation; (c) for the costs identified in (b), what are the average annual costs for persons without disabilities?

With regard to the Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB) and the Canada Recovery Benefit (CRB): (a) broken down by province or territory, what is the total number of individuals who have had their government benefits or credits applied to outstanding CERB or CRB debt; (b) of the individuals in (a), what is the total number who have had tax refunds or benefit payments offset to recover debt, broken down by costs recovered from (i) individual tax returns, (ii) the Canada Child benefit, (iii) provincial or territorial child benefits, (iv) GST or HST credits, (v) Canada Disability Benefits, (vi) Climate Action incentive?

With regard to the Canada Emergency Response Benefit and the Canada Recovery Benefit: (a) how much does the government estimate is owed in repayments; (b) how many individuals owe repayments; (c) how many individuals in (b) reported an income below the low-income cut off on their 2022 income tax return; (d) what is the lowest amount owed; (e) what is the highest amount owed; (f) what is the average amount owed; (g) of the individuals owing money, how many does the government estimate were victims of fraud; (h) of the total estimate amount owed, how much does the government expect to (i) successfully recover, (ii) recover from those whose income is below the low-income cut-off; and (i) how much does the government intend to spend on staff time and resources to recover these debts, broken down by department, agency or other government entity?

With regard to the Skills for Success Program launched in May 2021, broken down by funding stream: (a) what are the details of all applications that have received funding, including the (i) name of the applicant, (ii) amount received, (iii) under-represented labour group represented; (b) on what dates were applicants informed of whether they were approved for funding; and (c) what metrics does the government use to measure the literacy, numeracy, and digital skills targeted through the program?

With regard to the Order Amending Schedules 2 and 3 of the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act, published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, Volume 155, Number 25 : (a) has the consultation period length to receive feedback on the proposed regulations ended; (b) what is the timeline for the government to decide on final regulations for flavoured vaping products; and (c) is the government still committed to reducing youth vaping rates through a targeted ban on flavours, including mint and menthol, that appeal to youth?

With regard to the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) and the funds provided for energy retrofits: (a) what is the amount provided, broken down by (i) number of units, (ii) province, (iii) type of recipient (Real Estate Income Trust, private corporation, non-profit, etc); (b) what measures are taken, and what assurances are required from recipients, to prevent renovictions as a result of these funds; (c) does the government track evictions triggered by renovations supported by these funds, and, if so, how many evictions have been recorded; and (d) for the evictions in (c), what measures are in place to ensure that tenants (i) have alternative accommodations with the same rent, (ii) are informed about the progress and completion of renovations, (iii) are able to return to their home with the same rent once the renovations are complete?

With regard to the legislative review of the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB): (a) what are the details of the engagement and communication plans for the review, including (i) how the public and stakeholders are being consulted, (ii) who has been consulted to date, (iii) who has not yet been consulted and what are the timelines for those consultations to be completed; (b) is any part of the review conducted by external contractors and, if so, by whom; (c) what is the scope of the review and does it include a review of the mandate of the CIB; and (d) what acute issues, if any, were considered when defining the scope of the review mentioned in (c)?
