With regard to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police's contract to lease Blackhawk helicopters for deployment along the border: (a) what are the details of the contracts, including, for each, the (i) date, (ii) value, (iii) vendor, (iv) description of the goods and services provided, including details on the number of units and what's included with the contract (fuel, pilot, landing fees, etc.); (b) excluding the contracts in (a), what other costs have been incurred by the government or the Royal Canadian Mounted Police related to Blackhawk usage, in total and broken down by type of expense; (c) how many illegal border crossers and individuals participating in other types of illegal activity have been apprehended as a result of the Blackhawk usage, broken down by month; (d) what is the breakdown of (c) by type of alleged crime; and (e) are the Blackhawk helicopters certified for usage by Transport Canada and do they comply with Transport Canda safety regulations, and, if not, under what exemption are they operating, and when was such an exemption granted?

With regard to Farm Credit Canada and information about farms in Canada, broken down by each of the last five years: how many farms were (i) in arrears or behind on payments, (ii) in receivership, (iii) foreclosed on by Farm Credit Canada, in total and broken down by province or territory?

With regard to the $736.8 million in funding provided to the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, referenced in the Supplementary Estimates (A), 2026-27, for the replacement and upgrade of screening equipment, including computed tomography scanners: (a) how many contracts have been signed related to the acquisition, installation, maintenance or support of the screening equipment with the $736.8 million; (b) what are the details of each contract, including the (i) vendor name, (ii) contract number, (iii) contract value, (iv) date the contract was awarded, (v) description of the goods or services provided, (vi) manner in which the contract was awarded (sole-sourced or competitive bid); (c) how many scanners or units have been (i) purchased, (ii) delivered, to date from the funding, in total and broken down by vendor; (d) in which country was each scanner or unit manufactured; and (e) to which airports or facilities have the scanners or units been delivered or are planned to be delivered?

With regard to funding for the new Kootenay Lake ferry, which is currently under construction: (a) for all federal funding provided to the ferry, both directly and indirectly, such as through the Province of British Columbia or Western Pacific Marine, what are the details, including, for each instance, the (i) amount, (ii) date, (iii) funding recipient, (iv) purpose of the funding, (v) program through which the funding was provided; (b) what is the total amount of funding provided to date; and (c) what are the details, including the amount and status, of each funding commitment which has yet to be provided?

With regard to all reinvestments of sales, royalties, and revenues by the government as noted in the Supplementary Estimates (B), 2025-26: what is the detailed and itemized breakdown of how that money was reinvested, including, for each expenditure, the Treasury Board object code associated with each expenditure and the associated amounts?

With regard to the funding for the Crisis Pool Quick Release Mechanism under the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development, as referenced in the Supplementary Estimates (B), 2025-26, and all funding provided through this mechanism since its creation: (a) what is the purpose, mandate, and operational function of the Crisis Pool Quick Release Mechanism; (b) how much funding has been allocated, committed, and spent through this mechanism each year since its creation; (c) what are the details of all expenditures made through this mechanism, including the (i) amount, (ii) date of the expenditure, (iii) recipient organization or company, (iv) purpose or activity funded; (d) were any third-party contractors, service providers, or implementing partners engaged through this mechanism, and, if so, what are the details, including (i) the name of the provider, (ii) the amount of the contract, (iii) the date and duration, (iv) whether the contract was awarded competitively or sole-sourced; and (e) which government official or position at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development is responsible for oversight and decision-making regarding this funding?

With regard to funding for the Presidency of the G7 Summit in Canada under the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development, as referenced in the Supplementary Estimates (B), 2025-26, and all funding provided for this file since its creation: (a) how much funding has been allocated, committed, and spent each year since its creation; (b) what are the details of all expenditures, including the (i) amount, (ii) date of the expenditure, (iii) recipient organization or department, (iv) purpose or activity funded; and (c) which government official or position at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development is responsible for oversight and decision-making regarding this funding?

With regard to the Canadian Intergovernmental Conference Secretariat: (a) since January 1, 2022, what is the total number of meetings supported by the Secretariat, and for each meeting, what are the details, including, the (i) date of the meeting, (ii) nature or subject of the meeting, (iii) total cost, broken down by type of expense (e.g., travel, accommodation, personnel, venue rental, etc.); (b) what is the detailed proof of the “significant cost efficiencies and economies of scale” referred to in the Main Estimates, 2025-26, and attributed to the Secretariat; (c) what is the annual budget specifically allocated for salaries at the Secretariat, since January 1, 2022; and (d) what are the details of any consulting or similar service contracts signed by the Secretariat, since January 1, 2022, to maintain and improve its services since its creation, including, for each contract, the (i) date it was signed, (ii) vendor, (iii) value, (iv) description of the goods or services provided, (v) manner in which the contract was awarded (sole-sourced or competitive bid)?

With regard to government employees who were on "other leave with pay" (699) during the 2024-25 fiscal year, and broken down by department, agency, or government entity, and by month: (a) what was the total number of hours or days of "other leave with pay" utilized; (b) what is the total number of public servants who have utilized "other leave with pay"; and (c) what is the total number of employees who were on 699 leave and the total number of hours attributed to 699 leave, for reasons related to (i) work or technology limitations, (ii) the inability to work remotely while diagnosed with, experiencing symptoms of or self-isolating because of, COVID-19, (iii) caregiving responsibilities resulting from school or daycare closures, or COVID-19 illness or isolation requirements, (iv) the inability to work remotely while at high-risk, or while having someone in one’s care who is at high-risk, of severe illness from COVID-19?
