With regard to all federal contracts awarded between 2019 and 2023 to suppliers of the federal government, reporting departments, organizations and agencies, federal offices and any other federal entity that received funds from the Public Accounts of Canada: (a) which contracts required essential knowledge of the English language, both with respect to the spoken or written language of suppliers in the workplace and the language of deliverables; and (b) what are the details of each contract in (a), including the (i) contract number, (ii) name of the supplier, (iii) name of the federal department or agency responsible for the contract, (iv) amount awarded, (v) date of the contract, (vi) languages required for the work, (vii) languages required for deliverables, (viii) justification for requiring only English as the language of work or deliverables?

With regard to analyses that found that Limoilou residents breathe in air that is seven times more polluted than the average for other Canadian cities, which is 1.65 ng/m³: what is the government’s action plan for the next five years to improve the situation for Limoilou residents?

With regard to the ceding back of the Quebec Bridge to the Government of Canada by the Canadian National Railway Company in 1997: (a) what are the details of the maintenance costs for this bridge since the government took over responsibility for it; and (b) what is the schedule for the rehabilitation and maintenance work it plans to carry out over the next five years?

With regard to the Phoenix pay system deployed in 2016 and the many complaints about problems with the system: what plans does the government have to resolve all the contentious issues, and what are the details of the work involved in improving or replacing the Phoenix system?

With regard to the Citadelle of Québec, the Governor General’s second residence in Quebec City: what are the details of all expenses related to this second residence?

With regard to the expenditures of the Office of the Secretary to the Governor General, the Department of National Defence, Global Affairs Canada, the Department of Canadian Heritage and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for the royal family’s visits to Canada since July 26, 2021, broken down by department and visit: what was the (i) cost of air and ground transportation, (ii) cost of meals during transport and at destination, including the list of meals, (iii) number of accompanying persons who made the trip and their role, (iv) cost of transportation and security staff and their number and role, (v) cost of accommodation and the list of locations, (vi) cost of travel arrangement fees, (vii) value of receipts submitted by the various staff and accompanying persons, (viii) amount of expenditures incurred for the Prime Minister, the Governor General and their accompanying persons, (ix) amount of all other costs related to the trips?
