With regard to Transport Canada and the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority: (a) at which airports are Canadian Air Transport Security Authority employees responsible for conducting all screening and at which airports do contracted third-parties, such as Paladin Airport Security Services, conduct screening; (b) for each airport where a third-party has been contracted to conduct screening, which third-parties have been contracted; (c) what are the details of all contracts or funding agreements with third-parties currently in place related to screening, including, for each, the (i) date signed, (ii) vendor, (iii) annual contract value, (iv) services provided, overall and broken down by each airport, (v) number of screeners working at each airport under the contract; (d) how are the third-party screeners hired to work at Canadian airports trained by the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority; (e) what is the rationale for why Canadian Air Transport Security Authority employees do not provide all screening services at all Canadian airports; and (f) has the government or the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority analyzed whether secondary screening rates of passengers is higher at airports where third-parties provide the screening services, and, if so, what were the results of the analysis?
