With regard to the usage of the government's fleet of aircraft, broken down by type of aircraft (Challenger, Polaris, Airbus, etc.) since October 1, 2025: (a) what are the details of the legs of each flight, including the (i) date, (ii) point of departure, (iii) destination, (iv) number of passengers, (v) names and titles of the passengers, excluding security or Canadian Armed Forces members, (vi) total catering bill related to the flight, (vii) volume of fuel used, or an estimate, (viii) amount spent on fuel; and (b) excluding flights used to transport Canadian Armed Forces members, what are the details of all requests for aircraft usage, including (i) the date of the request, (ii) who made the request, (iii) whether the request was approved, (iv) who approved or denied the request, (v) the requested origin and destination, (vi) the requested dates of travel, (vii) the stated purpose of the trip?
