With regard to the claims by Algoma Steel that the government knew the company would lay off employees in Sault Ste. Marie before it agreed to provide $400 million in loan assistance: (a) on what date did the government first become aware that Algoma Steel's business plan included layoffs in Sault Ste. Marie; (b) on what date did the government agree to provide $400 million in loan assistance; and (c) did the government negotiate any job guarantees with Algoma Steel prior to providing the $400 million loan, and, if so, what are the details of any such guarantees?
