With regard to funding for the management of the Canada-United States Softwood Lumber file under the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development, as referenced in the Supplementary Estimates (B), 2025-26, and all funding provided for this file since its creation: (a) what is the purpose, mandate, and operational function of the funding for the Canada-United States Softwood Lumber file; (b) how much funding has been allocated, committed, and spent on managing this file each year since its creation; (c) what are the details of all expenditures made, including the (i) amount, (ii) date of the expenditure, (iii) recipient organization or company, (iv) purpose or activity funded; (d) were any third-party contractors and service providers engaged for this file, and, if so, what are the details, including (i) the name of the provider, (ii) the amount of the contract, (iii) the date and duration (iv) whether the contract was awarded competitively or sole-sourced; and (e) which government official or position at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development is responsible for oversight and decision-making regarding this funding?
