With regard to government funding for the Canadian Centre to End Human Trafficking and the Canadian Human Trafficking Hotline: (a) broken down by fiscal year since 2018-19, how much of the hotline funding went towards (i) salaries and benefits, (ii) awareness and advertising campaigns, (iii) administrative overhead, (iv) direct victim support or referrals, (v) all other categories; (b) what portion of total contacts received by the hotline since 2019 was determined not to involve human trafficking, and how does the government assess whether the volume of non-trafficking-related contacts represents efficient use of public funds; and (c) has the government received any concerns from provincial or territorial partners, law enforcement agencies, or stakeholder organizations regarding the effectiveness or impact of the hotline relative to the funding provided, and, if so, what are the details, including, for each, (i) what concerns were raised, (ii) from whom the concerns were raised, (iii) the government's response to the concerns raised?
