With regard to government funding for the Canadian Human Trafficking Hotline operated by the Canadian Centre to End Human Trafficking and the effectiveness of the hotline: (a) since 2019, how many of the referrals made by the hotline to law enforcement agencies have resulted in (i) investigations opened, (ii) charges laid under section 279.01 or related provisions of the Criminal Code, (iii) convictions for human trafficking offences; (b) what feedback, if any, has Public Safety Canada or the Royal Canadian Mounted Police received from provincial, territorial, or municipal law enforcement partners regarding the utility, quality, or timeliness of referrals received from the hotline; and (c) has the government conducted any audits, evaluations, or value-for-money reviews, or is the government aware of any audits, evaluations, or value-for-money reviews that have been conducted by or for the government, on the hotline's operations since 2019, and, if so, what are the details, including, for each, the findings concerning cost-effectiveness and outcomes for victims?
