With regard to the Department of National Defence and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization definition of defence
expenditures as "payments made by a national government specifically to meet the needs of its
armed forces or those of its allies": for each of the 2023-24 and 2024-25 fiscal years, what are
the expenditures from eligible Other Government Departments included in Canada's
defence spending calculations, broken down by (i) department, (ii) type or category of expenditure,
(iii) dollar value?
