With regard to the 12-room government-owned property on Park Avenue in New York that used to be the Consul General's residence: (a) what have been the carrying costs of the property, for each of the last 12 months, broken down by component parts; (b) has the property been used for any official or unofficial purpose during that period, and, if so, what are the details; (c) has the government considered trying to earn back some of the money it is losing by making the property available for short-term rental until it sells, and (i) if so, why, (ii) if not, why not; and (d) whom did the government consult about what asking price the residence should be listed for, and what price was provided by each person or firm that was consulted?
