With regard to funding provided by Global Affairs Canada for international development projects which include gender identity, anti-racism, or decolonization as thematic priorities, since January 1, 2020, and broken down by year: (a) what are the total funds allocated to such projects; (b) what are the details of each such project, including the (i) amount of funding provided by Global Affairs Canada, (ii) implementing partner, (iii) location, (iv) total project budget, (v) project's title and description; (c) for each project, what portion of the funds were used for (i) administration, (ii) advocacy, (iii) communications, (iv) training; (d) what measurable development outcomes were delivered by each project and how were these outcomes evaluated; and (e) which of these projects, if any, were audited or reviewed for cost-effectiveness or value-for-money by the Office of the Auditor General, Global Affairs Canada, or an external evaluator, and what are the details of each audit or review?
