With regard to funding agreements between Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and the Institute of Canadian Citizenship between November 4, 2015, and February 25, 2026: (a) what are the terms, including the amounts, of each funding agreement with the Institute of Canadian Citizenship; (b) what are the details of all funding, including the dates, amounts, and terms, provided in relation to the Canoo Access Pass program, either directly or through the Institute of Canadian Citizenship; (c) which federal entities, including museums and Crown corporations, provide benefits or discounts through the Canoo Access Pass, and, for each, what is the (i) benefit or discount, (ii) estimated annual cost to the government entity to provide the benefit or discount; and (d) does Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada or any other government entity have any agreements with the Canoo Access Pass program or any program partners to subsidize or provide financial funding to entice partners to provide discounts through the program or otherwise offset costs associated with participating in the program, and, if so, what are the details of each agreement?
