With regard to the goods and services tax rebate for first-time home buyers: (a) how many homeowners applied for the rebate, broken down by year since 2017; (b) what is the breakdown of (a) by those whose property was a new build versus an existing home; and (c) what is the breakdown of (a) and (b) by province or territory?
