With regard to the Canada-Quebec Agreement on the St. Lawrence River and the St. Lawrence Action Plan 2011-26, which officially ends in 2026: (a) what are the details of all figures, statistics and assessments related to measuring the agreement's targeted results that have been produced by the various federal departments involved in the agreement, including Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada, Parks Canada, the Public Health Agency of Canada, the Canadian Space Agency, Environment and Climate Change Canada, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Health Canada, Public Services and Procurement Canada and Transport Canada; (b) given that under the agreement, at the end of the fiscal year, project managers must enter into the Oproma computer platform information on the progress of their projects, what are the details, such as (i) information on activities, (ii) deliverables, (iii) communication products, (iv) the budget and the colour code (green, yellow, red) assigned to the progress status; (c) what data has been produced in relation to the progress of this agreement and how does the federal government gauge the effectiveness of the Oproma platform; (d) what are the details regarding the progress of the overall strategy that governs the 2011-26 St. Lawrence Action Plan, including (i) performance data or measures, (ii) a summary of any evaluation of the effectiveness of this strategy designed at the federal level; (e) what is the performance measurement framework for determining whether the objectives in (d) have been achieved; (f) for all documentation related to the evaluation of the objectives of the St. Lawrence Action Plan 2011-26, including scientific opinions, briefing notes, studies and briefs, what are the details, including (i) the date, (ii) the sender, (iii) the type of document, (iv) the title of the document, (v) a summary of the content of the message; and (g) what amounts were saved by the government as a result of abolishing the Areas of Prime Concern Committees?
