With regard to federal government statistics and estimates on spending by government departments and agencies at all levels (federal, provincial or territorial, and local) on medical services provided outside of Canada: (a) what is the government’s estimate, or actual number, if known, on how much was spent in each of the last five years on these services; (b) for each year in (a), how much was spent in each foreign country; (c) for each year in (a), how much was spent on services related to each medical specialty; (d) for each year in (a), how much was spent on each type of medical service; and (e) what is the breakdown of (a) through (d) by level of government?
