With regard to the cancellation of the Department of Natural Resources program to plant two billion trees:
(a) how many trees were planted per year since the program began, for each province and territory;
(b) what was the public expenditure on this program for each year of its existence, and what was the share for each province and territory;
(c) how much greenhouse gas emissions were the two billion trees expected to remove from the atmosphere; (d) what studies were used to assess this reduction; and
(e) what are the details of any documentation supporting the decision to abolish the 2 Billion Trees Program, including scientific opinions, briefing notes, studies and briefs used?
