With regard to the $193.45 million in funding announced by the government on March 8, 2025, for 20 projects aimed at advancing gender equality and empowering women and girls: (a) what are the details of each project, including, for each, the (i) amount of funding committed, (ii) location, (iii) project description; (b) how much of the $193.45 million is allocated to administrative costs versus direct program delivery; (c) what percentage of funds will be spent outside of Canada, and what oversight does Canada have over those expenditures; (d) what criteria were used to select recipient organizations and countries; (e) what measurable indicators will be used to determine whether these programs have achieved their stated objectives; (f) how will the government verify that funded organizations deliver tangible benefits rather than political advocacy or ideological campaigns; (g) what timelines have been established for achieving the objectives in (e); (h) what mechanisms are in place to ensure transparency and prevent misuse of funds; and (i) for each outcome assessment, audit, spending report or other report used to demonstrate transparency, how will it be made public, broken down by type of report?
