With regard to individuals outside of the government making announcements or bringing greetings on behalf of the government and the Prime Minister, since the current Prime Minister was sworn in on March 14, 2025: what are the details of all instances where someone who wasn't a member of Cabinet or a member of the government caucus was authorized to make an announcement or bring greetings on behalf of the Prime Minister and the government, including, for each, the (i) date, (ii) name of the person authorized, (iii) location of the announcement or greeting, (iv) occasion or initiative announced?
