With regard to payments made by government departments, agencies or Crown corporations to Birju Dattani (also known as Mujahid Dattani), since January 1, 2016: (a) what are the details of each such payment, including the (i) date, (ii) amount, (iii) reason for the payment, (iv) type of payment (grant, payment for contracted services, etc.); and (b) what are the details of all contracts signed between the government and Mr. Dattani, or any entity owned by Mr. Dattani, including, for each, the (i) date, (ii) value, (iii) description of the goods or services provided, (iv) vendor, (v) manner in which the contract was awarded (sole-sourced or competitive bid)?
