| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Wednesday, December 12, 2012, your Committee has considered Bill C-15, An Act to amend the National Defence Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts, and agreed on Monday, March 4, 2013, to report it with the following amendments: | Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du mercredi 12 décembre 2012, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-15, Loi modifiant la Loi sur la défense nationale et d'autres lois en conséquence, et a convenu le lundi 4 mars 2013, d’en faire rapport avec les amendements suivants : |

| That Bill C-15, in Clause 45, be amended by replacing lines 4 and 5 on page 24 with the following: | Que le projet de loi C-15, à l’article 45, soit modifié par substitution, à la ligne 4, page 24, de ce qui suit : |
