| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Thursday, February 2, 2012, your Committee has considered Bill C-217, An Act to amend the Criminal Code (mischief relating to war memorials), and agreed on Tuesday, April 3, 2012, to report it with the following amendment: | Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du jeudi 2 février 2012, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-217, Loi modifiant le Code criminel (méfaits à l’égard des monuments commémoratifs de guerre), et a convenu le mardi 3 avril 2012, d’en faire rapport avec l'amendement suivant : |

| That Bill C-217, in Clause 1, be amended by replacing line 3 on page 2 with the following: | Que le projet de loi C-217, à l'article 1, soit modifié par substitution, à la ligne 3, page 2, de ce qui suit : |
“exceeding 10 years; and” | « dix ans; » |
| Your Committee has ordered a reprint of Bill C-217, as amended, as a working copy for the use of the House of Commons at the report stage. | Votre Comité a ordonné la réimpression du projet de loi C-217, tel que modifié, pour servir de document de travail à la Chambre des communes à l’étape du rapport. |
