They call on Parliament to change the charge of impaired driving causing death to vehicular manslaughter. They believe that a person who has been convicted should have a driving prohibition, and that there should be mandatory sentencing if the person causes death while driving impaired, with a minimum five-year sentence.Impaired drivingMandatory sentencingPetition 421-00224Vehicular homicide4318397DavidSweetFlamborough—GlanbrookKevinLamoureuxWinnipeg NorthINTERVENTIONParliament and SessionOrder of BusinessDiscussed TopicProcedural TermPerson SpeakingProvince / TerritoryCaucusSearchResults per pageOrder byTarget search languageSide by SideMaximum returned rowsPagePUBLICATION TYPE
