I think that helps. The public health advice that we've heard is that having people in the same physical space obviously, no matter what, poses more risk than having people come together virtually. I think the idea here is to develop that capacity ahead of when we'll actually need it so that we don't run into a circumstance where we don't have that capacity and therefore would not be able to operate virtually.Maybe we do see it differently from you, Mr. Duncan, but I agree with Mr. Alghabra's point that the physical space of the House of Commons is the foundation of all of the proceedings of the House. I recognize the validity of what you're saying and the perspective you're bringing to this. I think we just see it a little bit differently.Committee businessCOVID-19Draft committee reportsPandemicParliamentary democracyRubySahotaBrampton NorthRubySahotaBrampton NorthINTERVENTIONParliament and SessionDiscussed TopicProcedural TermCommitteePerson SpeakingProvince / TerritoryCaucusParticipation TypeSearchResults per pageOrder byTarget search languageSide by SideMaximum returned rowsPagePUBLICATION TYPE
