Pursuant to the motion adopted by the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 and the motion adopted by the subcommittee on Monday, May 25, 2026, the subcommittee commenced its study of the human rights situation of children around the world.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

At 4:59 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 5:03 p.m., the meeting resumed.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $11,700, for the study of the human rights situation of children around the world, be adopted.

At 5:06 p.m., the subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
