Terry Skiffington made a statement and answered questions.
It was agreed, — That notwithstanding the routine motions, a second round of questioning of six minutes for each party be added after the first round.
At 4:33 p.m., the meeting was suspended.
At 4:40 p.m., the meeting resumed.
Steeve Saint-Gelais made a statement and answered questions.
Pierre Cormier made a statement and, with Julien Lampron, answered questions.
On motion of Corey Tochor, it was agreed, — That the committee invite the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources to appear before the committee to testify in relation to the Supplementary Estimates (B) 2025-26, for two hours, and hold this meeting by no later than December 4, 2025.
Questioning of the witnesses resumed.
It was agreed, — That in relation to the study on the Energy Sector, the deadline to submit the witness lists to the clerk is Friday, December 5, 2025, no later than 5:00 p.m.
At 5:44 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
