Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(a)(vi) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, the committee resumed its study of foreign election interference.

Vanessa Lloyd made a statement and, with Bridget Walshe, Saliou Babou and Greg O'Hayon answered questions.

At 12:01 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 12:08 p.m., the meeting resumed.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 1:00 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
