The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $500.00, for the briefing on Parliament Hill’s Long-Term Vision and Plan and Centre Block rehabilitation, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $2,500.00, for the study of foreign election interference, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $500.00, for the study of the Leaders’ Debates Commission's mandate and Its experience during the 2025 federal election, be adopted.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(a)(vi) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, the committee resumed its study of foreign election interference.

Nathalie Drouin made a statement and, with Tricia Geddes, David Morrison, Saliou Babou and Sébastien Aubertin-Giguère, answered questions.

At 12:01 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 12:08 p.m., the meeting resumed.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 1:01 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
