Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(a)(vi) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, the committee commenced its study of foreign election interference.

Charles Burton, Aaron Shull, Emerson T. Brooking and Aengus Bridgman made statements and answered questions.

At 12:23 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 12:28 p.m., the meeting resumed in camera.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(a)(vii) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, the committee resumed its study on the forms and procedural and interpretative guidelines from the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner.

The committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

At 12:32 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 12:40 p.m., the meeting resumed.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Forms and Procedural and Interpretative Guidelines from the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

At 12:43 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
