At 3:54 p.m., the meeting was suspended.
At 4:12 p.m., the meeting resumed.
Stéphanie Chouinard and Derrek Bentley made statements and, with Jean-Michel Beaudry, answered questions.
At 5:06 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
