Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, the committee resumed its study of Canada's underlying productivity gaps and capital outflow.

Dawn Desjardins, Linda Hasenfratz and Alexa Young made statements and, with Jim Jarrell, answered questions.

At 12:06 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 12:13 p.m., the meeting resumed.

David Stein, Gideon Hayden, Mark McQueen and Chad Bayne made statements and answered questions.

At 1:05 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
