Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, the committee resumed its study of Canada's underlying productivity gaps and capital outflow.

Michael R. Veall, Michael Graydon and Namir Anani made statements and answered questions.

At 12:01 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 12:11 p.m., the meeting resumed.

Theo Argitis and Frances Donald made statements and, with Michael Gullo, answered questions.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $14,600.00, for the study of the Canadian Auto Industry and the Commitments Made With Stellantis, be adopted.

At 1:11 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
