Minutes of Proceedings
The committee commenced consideration of a draft report.
At 4:01 p.m., the meeting was suspended.
At 4:11 p.m., the meeting resumed.
At 4:20 p.m., the meeting was suspended.
At 4:29 p.m., the meeting resumed in public.
On motion of Caroline Desrochers, it was agreed, — That Andréanne Larouche be elected Second Vice-Chair of the committee.
Ana Bailão made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.
At 5:38 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
