By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That Dave Epp be allowed to participate in the in camera portion of the meeting.
At 4:46 p.m., the meeting was suspended.
At 4:53 p.m., the meeting resumed in public.
Nancy Hamzawi made a statement and, with Stacey Mantha, answered questions.
At 6:02 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
