Minutes of Proceedings
On motion of Patrick Weiler, it was agreed, — That Hon. Hedy Fry be elected Chair of the committee.
At 11:15 a.m., Hon. Hedy Fry took the Chair.
Todd Williams made a statement and, with Bernard Vigneault and Neil Davis, answered questions.
At 12:35 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.
At 12:50 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
