Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, September 22, 2025 the committee commenced its study of the use of offshore tax havens.

Marc Lemieux made a statement and, with Adrianna McGillivray, Alexandra MacLean, Trevor McGowan, Eric Ferron and Annette Ryan, answered questions.

At 5:43 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 5:49 p.m., the meeting resumed.

Jason Jacques made a statement and, with Govindadeva Bernier, answered questions.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $32,450, for the study of the use of offshore tax havens, be adopted.

At 6:35 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
