Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, September 18, 2025, the committee resumed its study of the effectiveness, potential improvements and capability of Canada's 2030 Emissions Reduction Plan to meet climate action targets in line with its commitments to the Paris Agreement.

Catherine Potvin, Wendell LaBobe and Amy Nugent made statements and, with Graeme Reed, answered questions.

At 12:07 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 12:12 p.m., the meeting resumed.

At 1:13 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
