It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $1,375, for the study of recognition of international human rights champions, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $725, for the briefing on the current situation in Cameroon, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $725, for the briefing on the current situation in Ethiopia, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $2,650, for the study of the impact of COVID-19 on displaced persons, with a focus on displaced persons from Venezuela and Myanmar, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the subcommittee re-invite Bob Rae to appear in regard to its study of the impact of COVID-19 on displaced persons, with a focus on displaced persons from Venezuela and Myanmar.
It was agreed, — That the clerk invite Ángela Hurtado, Jaime Giménez, Danielle Álvarez et Miguel Pachioni, Alvaro Sardiza Miranda, Jimmy Graham, Martha Guerrero Ble and Dr. Oscar Bernal to appear before the subcommittee on Thurday, December 3, 2020 in regards to its study of the impact of COVID-19 on displaced persons, with a focus on displaced persons from Venezuela and Myanmar.
It was agreed, — That witnesses who do not appear before the subcommittee in regard to the study of the impact of COVID-19 on displaced persons, with a focus on displaced persons from Venezuela and Myanmar be invited to submit a written brief to the subcommittee.
It was agreed, — That any changes to the draft statements on the current situations in Zimbabwe and Nigeria be sent to the clerk no later than Monday, November 30, 2020.
