| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Monday, June 10, 2013, your Committee has considered Bill S-17, An Act to implement conventions, protocols, agreements and a supplementary convention, concluded between Canada and Namibia, Serbia, Poland, Hong Kong, Luxembourg and Switzerland, for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes, and agreed on Monday, June 17, 2013, to report it without amendment. | Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du lundi 10 juin 2013, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi S-17, Loi mettant en oeuvre des conventions, des protocoles, des accords, un avenant et une convention complémentaire conclus entre le Canada et la Namibie, la Serbie, la Pologne, Hong Kong, le Luxembourg et la Suisse en vue d’éviter les doubles impositions et de prévenir l’évasion fiscale en matière d’impôts, et a convenu le lundi 17 juin 2013, d’en faire rapport sans amendement. |
