SIXTH REPORT	SIXIÈME RAPPORT
In accordance with its Order of Reference of Wednesday, December 5, 2012, your Committee has considered Bill C-428, An Act to amend the Indian Act (publication of by-laws) and to provide for its replacement, and agreed on Thursday, May 2, 2013, to report it with the following amendments:	Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du mercredi 5 décembre 2012, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-428, Loi modifiant la Loi sur les Indiens (publication des règlements administratifs) et prévoyant le remplacement de cette loi, et a convenu le jeudi 2 mai 2013, d’en faire rapport avec les amendements suivants :

Preamble	Préambule
That Bill C-428, in the Preamble, be amended by replacing line 18 on page 1 with the following:	Que le projet de loi C-428, au préambule, soit modifié par substitution, à la ligne 18, page 1, de ce qui suit :
“Nations that have demonstrated”	« boration avec les Premières »

Clause 2	Article 2
That Bill C-428, in Clause 2, be amended by (a) replacing lines 1 and 2 on page 2 with the following:	Que le projet de loi C-428, à l’article 2, soit modifié : a) par substitution, à la ligne 1, page 2, de ce qui suit :
“2. Within the first 10 sitting days of the House of Commons in every calendar year, the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development must”	« 2. Le »

Clause 7	Article 7

Clause 10	Article 10

Clause 13	Article 13
