| That Bill C-37, in Clause 13, be amended by replacing, in the English version, line 8 on page 10 with the following: | Que le projet de loi C-37, à l'article 13, soit modifié par substitution, dans la version anglaise, à la ligne 8, page 10, de ce qui suit : |
“was made abroad on or after January 1, 1947 if” | « was made abroad on or after January 1, 1947 if » |

| That Bill C-37, in Clause 14, be amended by replacing line 20 on page 10 with the following: | Que le projet de loi C-37, à l'article 14, soit modifié par substitution, à la ligne 25, page 10, de ce qui suit : |
“Council, but no later than 365 days after the day on which this Act receives royal assent.” | « à la date ou aux dates fixées par décret ou au plus tard 365 jours après que la présente loi ait reçu la sanction royale. » |
