| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Tuesday, March 27, 2007, your Committee has considered Bill C-35, An Act to amend the Criminal Code (reverse onus in bail hearings for firearm-related offences), and agreed on Tuesday, May 29, 2007, to report it without amendment. | Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du mardi 27 mars 2007, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-35, Loi modifiant le Code criminel (renversement du fardeau de la preuve relativement à la mise en liberté en cas d'infraction mettant en jeu une arme à feu), et a convenu le mardi 29 mai 2007, d’en faire rapport sans amendement. |
