Mr. Speaker, there have been discussions among the parties, and I believe that if you were to seek it, you would find unanimous consent for the following motion.
I move:
That, during the debate today on the Business of Supply pursuant to Standing Order 81(4), no quorum calls, dilatory motions or requests for unanimous consent shall be received by the Chair and, within each 15-minute period, each party may allocate time to one or more of its Members for speeches or for questions and answers, provided that, in the case of questions and answers, the Minister's answer approximately reflect the time taken by the question, and provided that, in the case of speeches, Members of the party to which the period is allocated may speak one after the other.
Monsieur le Président, il y a eu consultations entre les partis, et je crois que vous constaterez qu'il y a consentement unanime à l'égard de la motion suivante.
Je propose:
Que, pendant le débat d'aujourd'hui relatif aux travaux des subsides, conformément à l'article 81(4) du Règlement, la présidence ne reçoive ni demande de quorum, ni motion dilatoire, ni demande de consentement unanime et que, à l'intérieur de chaque période de 15 minutes, chaque parti puisse allouer du temps à un ou plusieurs de ses députés pour des discours ou des questions et réponses, à condition que, dans le cas des questions et réponses, la réponse du ministre corresponde approximativement au temps pris par la question, et que, dans le cas des discours, les députés du parti auquel la période est consacrée puissent parler les uns après les autres.
