Motion Text

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should immediately act upon the findings and recommendations of the 2010 Offshore Helicopter Safety Inquiry as they relate to the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board and work with the province of Newfoundland and Labrador in an effort to create an Independent Safety Regulator.
