M-615 Assistance and support plan for the victims of pyrrhotite

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should adopt an emergency plan to assist and support the victims of pyrrhotite, including: (a) improvements to the quality standards for concrete aggregates; (b) prompt introduction of tax deductions for pyrrhotite testing, in cooperation with the Quebec government; and (c) funding to provide victims with the amounts awarded by the courts as legal proceedings continue.
