M-531 Social Security Tribunal

Motion Text

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should take the following steps with regard to the Social Security Tribunal: (a) hear the entire backlog of appeals in no longer than 365 days; (b) hire more staff so that appeals do not continue to backlog; (c) track wait times for all appeals; and (d) resume tracking the success and failure rates of all appeals.
