With regard to the second State of Youth Report, and Canada's Youth Policy: (a) what is the current planned publication date for the State of Youth Report, and what factors account for the report not having been published in the July 2025 date stated in the department's procurement documentation; (b) what is the current stage of the report overall, and for each aspect including drafting, internal review, translation, design or final approval; (c) how many full-time equivalents at the department are currently assigned to the report; (d) with regard to the youth engagement exercise conducted from November 25, 2024, to March 16, 2025, (i) how many responses were received, (ii) what is the breakdown by province and territory and by age group, (iii) what use has been made of the responses to date, (iv) has any resulting data been published and, if so, where; (e) what are the details of all communication the department sent to participants in that engagement exercise since March 16, 2025, including the type of communication, summary of contents and date each was sent; (f) with regard to the "State of Youth" web page on the Canadian Heritage website, in both official languages, (i) on what dates has the page been modified since January 1, 2025, (ii) on what date was the statement that the second report was scheduled for publication in 2025 removed from each of the English and French versions, (iii) what was the substance of each other modification, (iv) which branch of the department approved the removal referred to in (f)(ii); and (g) what age range will the State of Youth report use in defining youth? |

With regard to projects funded by the government in the territory of Nunavut since April 28, 2025, and broken down by department, agency, Crown corporation or other government entity: what are the details of all projects which received funding, including, for each, the (i) project title and description, (ii) location, (iii) date of the funding announcement, (iv) amount of funding committed, (v) amount of funding actually delivered to date, (vi) names of the entities which received the funding, (vii) breakdown of the funding by recipient entity, (viii) project start date, (ix) estimated project completion date? |
