| In the opinion of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade, the government should send a monitoring team to Ethiopia to observe and to report on the general elections to be held on May 15, 2005. | De l’avis du Comité permanent des affaires étrangères et du commerce international, le gouvernement devrait envoyer une équipe de surveillance en Éthiopie pour y observer les élections générales du 15 mai 2005 et en faire rapport. |
