FIRST REPORT

PREMIER RAPPORT

        In accordance with its mandate under Standing Order 108(2), the Committee has considered the Third Report of the Standing Committee on National Defence and Veterans Affairs entitled “Procurement Study” which was presented to the House on June 14, 2000, during the Second Session of the Thirty-Sixth Parliament.

          Conformément au mandat du Comité à l’article 108(2) du Règlement, le Comité a examiné le Troisième rapport du Comité permanent de la défense nationale et des anciens combattants intitulé « Étude sur les acquisitions » qui a été présenté à la Chambre le 14 juin 2000, au cours de la deuxième session de la trente-sixième législature.

        The Committee has concurred in its findings.

          Le Comité est d'accord avec les conclusions de ce rapport.

        In accordance with the provisions of Standing Order 109, the Committee requests that the Government provide a comprehensive response to this Report.

          Conformément aux dispositions de l'article 109 du Règlement, le Comité demande au gouvernement de donner une réponse complète à ce rapport.

        A copy of the relevant Minutes of Proceedings (Meeting No. 4) and a copy of the above-mentioned Report are tabled.

          Un exemplaire du Procès-verbal pertinent (réunion n^o 4) et un exemplaire du rapport sus-mentionné sont déposés.
